Mavis worked as a Teacher in Victorian

Secondary Schools during the 1980's and

1990's.

Through reading Programs she promoted a love

of books and reading to her students.

Family has always been her first priority

followed by her Career in Teaching and her

passion for writing.

Mavis is based on the Mornington Peninsula,

Victoria and is a member of Writers Victoria

and Frankston Writers Block.
