I have written this autobiography to illuminate the power, true beauty and genuine freedom of our spirit, and to highlight the strength and fulfilment that comes from community support.
From the gangs on the streets of Western Sydney, sustaining a life-changing injury, becoming a self-sufficient community founder and frog defender to a rights advocate, sit-down comedian, ghost hunter and forming my band, my life has been a pretty extreme but insanely cool rock and rollercoaster ride.
May this book serve to invigorate and empower you as an individual, to dream unbounded and to draw the infinite power of life out of every living moment.

Make or Break: The Extraordinary Life of Paul Innes is the most inspiring autobiography I have ever come across. Paul takes you on a journey that you’ll never be able to experience again unless you read the book twice, that is. It’s an adventure through and through, from living off the land and its many wonders and gifts to helping others who are physically disabled and in need of better care.
Paul Innes’ Make or Break is one of those books that I know was put on my life’s path for a reason. The knowledge I took from reading Make or Break is beyond valuable. You will want to get your hands on every other book that he writes in the future. The way he speaks through the book warms you like a fire; you feel connected not just to him but to the people he speaks of his friends and family.
One of the quotes that nailed my soul to my feet was on page 249: “The delight I get when our passing eyes catch, and I get a smile, extends from toddlers to shy teenagers, wild-looking adolescents, burly men and the aged. They all try to relate somehow.” Make or Break: The Extraordinary Life of Paul Innes is a book that you just cannot miss out on. It will help you grow in ways you didn’t think possible.

Paul Innes describes crucial experiences from his amazing life in Make or Break: The Extraordinary Life of Paul Innes, from lovely moments spent with friends, to disputes with others, daring escapades, and wholesome relationships. Even though an awful accident rendered him a quadriplegic at the age of 20, he did not allow this terrible circumstance to prevent him from leading an active life. Paul's autobiography includes amazing information about his many achievements, such as founding refuges for both humans and wildlife (including four nearly extinct frogs), establishing the first advocacy company in Cairns for individuals with disabilities, and providing care services to others.
The book's examination of spirit travel expanded my consciousness to new heights. It features remarkable tales of intriguing persons with ties to the spirit world, such as a witch who assisted the author with a complex problem, as well as the author's in-depth explanation of what spirit travel provides. The book has no dull moments since it blends a variety of subjects and emotions to produce an amusing, informative, and motivating reading experience. I'm thrilled about the fresh possibilities that this work has opened up for me, both in the material world and the spiritual realm.
