I adore dogs of every size, breed, and personality—from playful pups to timid souls. Though I cherish many animals, dogs have been my lifelong passion. The Dog Code is a heartwarming and thought-provoking tale that follows the journey of a wise old dog determined to pursue the life he's always longed for. After breaking free from his familiar restraints, he sets off on a mission that transcends the confines of a garden-bound existence, venturing into a world shaped by freedom, memory, and meaning.
As his journey unfolds, the Old Dog delves into the mysterious and powerful "Dog Code"—a deeply rooted set of values that governs the canine community. More than just unwritten rules, the Code is a way of life, shaping how dogs relate to one another, form bonds, and understand their place in the world.

Something that sat heavy in my mind was the death of a lovely friend, a world-renowned and talented artist. She had been suffering unbearable pain caused by nerve damage after surgery. A vibrant, funny, and creative woman, she had given up on her life.
Her loss resonated with me as I too endured intense pain and experienced a chaotic mind. I too have felt close to the edge. This tragedy prompted me to share my story with the aim that other sufferers can have hope to be pain free.
