Heather Salter-Purves is an Australian author of dark sapphic fantasy, folk horror, and sapphic gothic fiction. For as long as she can remember, she has immersed herself in dark, magical stories — the stranger and more dangerous the better. Her work centres queer women in folklore, myth, and supernatural horror, weaving sapphic narratives through the Wild Hunt, cursed landscapes, and the shadows between worlds.
